After lunch, Jacob took Erica and me back to Sherwin Williams. We realized that we didn’t have an extra roller, paint trays, or tarp. The same girl was there and helped us again. But this time I’m pretty sure that she thought that whatever project we were doing was doomed to fail. When Erica and I got back to the Center, we worked on painting the wall with the background color (robin’s egg blue) but only got a quarter of the way through because we were scared to use the rusty ladder to get to the tall parts and we only had half an hour to paint. We are probably going to finish the background tomorrow, weather permitting, since that’s the real battle here. We’re starting to feel a time crunch though, so if it doesn’t get finished by next week, we already talked to Cindy about letting us finish it after we graduate. So if anyone likes to paint/is artistic and wants to help, please do! :)
